Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi everyone,

As the thread title says, we're looking for a good surveyor in South Dublin. We've gone Sale Agreed and are looking to move things on as quickly as possible.

    Cheers in advance!

What do you want the Surveyor to do?

Sorry! Do a full structural survey of the house we've gone Sale Agreed on.

Ask around amongst a few local Architects to see who they recommend

Pre Purchase Survey, not structural as that would involve opening up works.
Prices range depending on the type of survey, 1, 2 or 3.

1 or 2 being the common for house purchases as you cannot open up the fabric of the building.

    Mod Note

    Recommendations by PM please.

I don’t have anyone to recommend.
I’m informing posters to recommend by PM only.
