Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Great to see companies, especially those with big customer bases, joining forces with boards.

I must say on the couple of occasions I've ever needed to deal with the ESB I've always found them efficient and friendly. Even got a personal callback to explain the reason and apologise for an outage once.

I have to say I have been lurking in this forum since it went from a test forum to full and up and running and it is a good and interesting read.
