Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I am currently in the process of buying a new build. I have been told by the foreman that although the property will be complete by the end of the month there is a delay with Irish Water. The estate agent has confirmed that the delay could take up to 6 months longer. I am currently renting at the moment and our lease is up soon so I need to know a rough idea on how long this will take. What is  the average time for water connections during a pandemic?

    Thank you for messaging us. If your name is on the connection application, could you PM us with the below information?

    - Full name;
    - CDS Reference number; &
    - Site address?

    If you are not named on the application, the developer who is named on the application can contact us for an update on the status of the connection on 1850 278 278 and speak directly to a New Connection Specialist. Our team are available from 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
