    Hi folks,

Sorry about the inconvenience. I.T. are working to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If you have a bill query or need to submit a meter-reading, do send us a private message.

If you need to make a payment, you can do so by card through the following link.

    Kind regards,
    Una

    Hi Jack Five,

That's strange - it should be https://www.electricireland.ie/residential/online-services/pay-now-by-card (I have just clicked the hyperlink I included in case I inputted the incorrect link in error, however it is correct: https://www.electricireland.ie/residential/online-services/pay-now-by-card).

That is the form with which you can make online payment, without having to be logged into online billing.

    Kind regards,
    Una

    Hi Jack Five,

Sorry, in my last post, the second link includes my bracket, so that is why it breaks when clicked into.

The link is https://www.electricireland.ie/residential/online-services/pay-now-by-card - it is working for us on Chrome (windows PC and Android), iPhone and Microsoft Edge.

    Kind regards,
    Una

Thanks Una, but I want to login to see what amount I have left to pay, not just make a blind payment with no knowledge of the amount!!

    Hi Jack Five,

If you like, while the online billing issue is being worked on, private message me the Electric Ireland account number or the telephone number on the account, the name, address, date of birth (please state in the message for GDPR that you are the account-holder). All reps will receive the message and one of us will check the amount due as soon as possible.

    Thanks,
    Una

Hi, is the site is down at the moment? When trying to login, get an error "This site can’t be reached"

    https://youraccountonline.electricireland.ie/

The link / login is working again for me

I'm still unable to log in - getting error Smart meter flow GENERIC ERROR

I rang a week or so ago and was told it was an error and would be fixed.  This is going on too long.  Whilst I have no issue paying the bill and will pay without seeing this time, I'm pretty sure EI have an obligation to provide me with a bill before taking a DD.

When is this likely to be resolved?

    Hi Tara,

    Sorry to read it.

This is something we need to check into at individual account level, if you private message me the name, address, telephone number, date of birth on the Electric Ireland account in question, and also state in the message that you are the account-holder.

    Thanks,
    Una
