PAYG meter removal

    Hi, could you please advise how do we remove the payg meter and return to bill pay?

    Thank you for getting back to us. 

    There is no charge to revert to bill-pay as it can be reverted to bill-pay mode without any visit from a technician. 

    This can be done over the phone by calling 1850 372 372 or or 01 852 9534 (8am - 8pm, Mon - Sat). Make sure you call from the property as our colleagues may need information from the meter.
