ESB Mini Pillar - Relocation

    Hi there,
    We have recently gone sale agreed on a property. 
    There is an ESB mini pillar built into the middle of the front garden wall.

    We had hoped to make the front-garden more accessible - can the mini pillar be relocated? Is this something that is usually facilitated on request? 

    We would prefer to get confirmation before closing on the property if possible.

    It's something that will cost a lot of money, if they even agree to do it.
