Calculating net income when taking parental leave

    Hi,

    I am trying to figure how taking parental leave would affect the salary below

    Annual Salary : 46,500
    Net pay per month : 2,854

    How much less would the net pay be if the employee used 4 parental leave days per month ?

    taxcalc.ie that should help you. Is it 1 day per week you are taking then? you can reduce gross by 20% and taxcalc will calculate accordingly.

    I presume your wages are based over 5 days? Mine are based over 7 days though so double check that.
