Purchased insurance yesterday. No information has been sent to me.

    Hi,

    I purchased comprehensive car insurance yesterday but I still haven't received any information regarding it to my email. 

    No receipt, no policy documents, nothing. Is this normal?

    You would normally receive an email from us confirming your cover has started. Can you message us with your policy details and we will look into this for you.
