Heat Hero

Does anyone know how efficient the Heat Hero is. I have a Stanley Lismore boiler stove for the past 5 years. I'm very disappointed wirh it as it doesn't heat the room or the rads. Might the Heat Hero be the answer? I don't want to throw good money after bad so I would welcome any advice.
