    All registered cards just means all cards *you* have registered e.g. some people have more than one card registered to their account - people get different offers depending on their shopping patterns.

    For example, I've an AIB Visa card but this is not showing among my current offers — probably because I've had it once before. I reckon if they see you regularly using a particular offer (Lidl, Topaz) they stop including those.

    Wifey is with AIB, and had gotten some good deals with visa, money off topaz, lidl and dunnes.

    I'm with PTSB, and I only get pure sh it offers
    for shops that I would never ever use.

    I wouldn't mind, but I spend a sh it load in Topaz.

    Also I’ve used 9 offers with PTSB (none online) plus I will use this one

    I am with PTSB and I have gotten this offer. It’s the second Topaz offer. Last one was for €10 back on a €50 purchase a number of months back. Perhaps you just miss things easily. I’d suggest logging in and rechecking or maybe have your partner do it for you.

    My offer was a one off fiver back when you spend 50- not a recurrent offer. I used it with the ultra miles Circle K offer (ultra fuel at standard fuel prices)- got nearly a tenner off/back on a fill of diesel. Nice. Mine isn't a recurrent offer though- its a one off that had to be used by the 15th July (tomorrow).
