A few shocks in week 7 - Monaghan, Sligo, Offaly and Wexford caught most of us by surprise and this caused a fairly wide spread in posters' scores.

Feargale top scored with 28 points this week, while roy rodgers capitalised on the carnage caused by the shocks with 27 points, which puts him into the lead coming around the home turn.

The winner of the 2018 National Football League Pools Competition is roy rodgers!

Hammer Archer led for much of the competition, but a huge 27 points for in Week 7 saw roy rodgers surge into the lead and Hammer Archer's joint top scoring prediction for Promotions and Relegations (18 points) wasn't enough to make up the 7 point deficit, leaving him in 2nd place, while manutd completed the top 3.

Of the 26 points on offer for predicting Promotions and Relegations, Hammer Archer was joined on 18 points by Agus, LightningBlue, laoisman11, Boom__Boom and manutd.

29 posters correctly predicted that Dublin would win Division 1, 33 foresaw Kildare's doom and every single poster was right to be confident with Armagh. Cork, however, decided to troll 29 posters who thought they'd be promoted by almost getting relegated instead, for the craic.

Derry completely threw 20 posters by getting relegated instead of promoted. Nobody predicted that one.
