Non-0818 number for Sky

    Hi lads,

    I have an absolute pain i my hoop ringing Sky trying to get rid of their service the last few weeks. Everytime I call in the evening on the 0818 number I spend an age on the phone and then it wither cuts out or it transfers to "Sales" and they can't do the cancellation.

    Anyway, from mobile they are costing a bomb.

    Any chance anyone has their 01 66x xxxx number that wirks? I have tried all I had in my phone and they are out of service or ring out.

    NB. Reception: +353 (0) 1 669 7875
    Sky Ireland Customer Services:
    +353 (0) 1 660 2125

    are no use.

    This is from Say No To 1890, not sure if it's up to date:

    Sky Customer Service
    0818719852, 0818719819 and 0818762879 – Call Instead (for installs) 014198686 (as of August 2014)
    Others have suggested calling head office reception at 016697875 and get them to phone you back
    Temporary number created during recent Eir outage – 012483015 (confirmed to work as of 02/02/2016)

    014198686 is Sierra communications number. they are the contractors that install for Sky.

    I could have. But i couldn't wait anymore. I called the 0818 in the end. Lunchtime today i got straight through. So I'll take that hit.
