Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

App registration no longer valid

    Trying to log in via app (website down) and I got a message that my registration is no longer valid.  I'm being asked to input details I haven't been asked for since I originally downloaded the app.

    This has never happened before and given the chaos with 365 online at the moment it has made me nervous about proceeding.

    Can someone explain why my app is no longer registered?

    Hi Ben D Bus, sometimes you'll be asked to enter your User ID when you're logging into the App, is this what you're being asked for?

    There can be a number of reasons why this occurs but usually this will happen the first time that you login after we have made some changes to the App, or if the App has been updated.

    This can also happen when you install the App for the first time or if you reinstall it.

    Once you enter your login details you'll be able to access your account information as normal. Do you have your User ID or do you need to get this information?
