Gum recession

Is there anything I can do to help or disguise gum recession?
I had a dental implant done on my left incisor tooth. The gum healed really well, very little recession.

Fast forward a year had problems with the implant, seeing a periodontist as there was some bone loss. Recently had a dental flap procedure done, still healing but the gum has receded back more.

Before this the implant tooth looked quite natural but now with the way the gum has changed the tooth looks odd and not very natural.
