Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.
Thanks all.

I was reading in the paper this morning that streaming online porn produces as much CO2 as the whole of Belgium. Researchers found that all online videos emit 300 tonnes of carbon each year, and a third of this comes from videos streamed on ‘one handed websites’.

Now I’d imagine that there are some real heavy users of such material in AH. Real experts in the art of onanism. As part of the green agenda is anyone willing to moderate, or indeed cease, their consumption of such material?

A Google search is equivalent to boiling a kettle. So how bad for the environment is your post saying something else is bad for the environment?

We should just ban the Internet and then the environment will be fine.

    I'm seeing an obvious solution.

Only solution is to make Belgium smaller.

How amazing is Belgium only emitting less than 100 tonnes of carbon dioxide? That is less than a small housing estate here

The Chinese like to wave little red books around rather than their willy's.

Perhaps some kind of jizz deposit system that could be used to power pornhub?

How does streaming online porn emit more than streaming any other kind of video?

    additional testicular emissions

Fanny farts during coitus must be bad too for emissions. Has a study ever been done to measure the effects of those? Maybe we need a fanny fart tax. 50c per release of said emissions sounds fair.

Get one of those thingymayokeys that creates electricity with movement, attach to your wrist, create energy at the same time. Pretty sure I could power my local village alone.

Or users of the site have to offset their carbon credits before they start a session of trying to pull the flute off themselves.
