    In Help > Contact Us the options are Chat or Call. Email is no longer there. Have the stopped email contact?

    Had to contact them today via web chat. I am 90% sure, based on the answers I was getting, that I was talking to a bot.

    If it is any use, I believe the chat is saved in your Amazon app. There should also be an option to email a copy of the chat to your email account.
