Best place for small mortgage - €50,000 euro

    just wondering where would be the best place for small mortgage at the min , also i am building my own house will i be in the same category as first time buyer with my mortgage , also would it be any cheaper to go for a personal loan for the 50000 euro

    Are you actually sure you can build for savings + €50,000?
