    Hi there,

    Our HKC alarm won't stop beeping after power outage last night. Have tried 01111, won't work. We just bought the house and don't have the codes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Have you got the HKC app on your mobile phone?
    If you have, you can reset on app!

    Is there anyone that you dealt with in the house sale that you can contact to get a code?

    Is there a telephone number for the installation company that you could call?
