Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Jobseekers claim reopened online?

I applied for Jobseekers back in May. This was processed and a letter sent out telling me I was not entitled to it. I didn't appeal this and got a new job in the meantime.
My application online activated again at the end of July as if it was new, requesting I send in more info. The part that used to say 'disqualified' now says 'under review'. I informed them I am now working and they said they'd take that into account for calculating any pay due to me.
Has anyone experienced this, is this an officer auditing someone else's work, like checking if I really wasn't entitled to the payment or something?
