Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So I recently bought tickets off above companyx but friend also got them so i decided to sell mine on through their fan to fan ticket exchange.

The tickets sold immediately and have been removed from my account (the tickets themselves were never issued) but the company are insisting on holding the money until 3 weeks after the event which isnt until next summer.

So basically I'm out of pocket 300euro until they pay me next summer.

    Are they allowed do this?

If it was shortly after purchase you could have contacted Ticketmaster for a refund. I've done this recently and got the money back straight away.
