The Griffith Review is not a study book – it is, as its title describes, a summary/overview of the GAMSAT and what is broadly required of you. It does not contain anything other than a semblance of preparatory material. And for this reason, the Gold Standard markedly better.

I'd be willing to sell you my Griffin book for a relatively cheap price, just so you can see what it contains... It is somewhat worthwhile for first-time test-takers to read as it does provide a decent introduction to the exam as a whole.
