Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I saw RTE advertised Ant-Man and the Wasp tonight. Great, says I, having seen the original but not the sequel. I'll give that a look.

That's odd, I thought, watching the opening of the film give us a very thorough recap of the original movie. I know this sometimes happens in sequels - fill in the viewers that missed the first one and so on - but this seemed excessive. Sure I was starting to wonder when the sequel would actually commence.

Come to find out that, welp, it's so much like the original because it is the original. They've only gone and advertised the wrong feckin' movie!

I'm stung by this false insect advertising I tells ya. Has this happened before? This seems very amateurish even by their standards.

The original is far better anyway. You should be pleased.
