Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey,

Very simple question that I can't seem to find a succinct answer to online:confused: I've paid to upgrade my storage from 15GB, but it doesn't say 'Gallery' or 'Pictures' or anything when backing up?

    Thank you.

Backup of media files is not controlled from the 'Back up data' option in 'Accounts and Backup'.

Check 'Settings' in Gallery, the first option should be 'Sync with Samsung Cloud'. If that option is selected, go to 'Accounts and Backup', tap 'Samsung Cloud', that will list off what data has been stored in the cloud. Scroll down to 'Gallery' and it will tell you how many images and videos have been stored.

You can also check what has been backed up by logging in to the Samsung Cloud from a web browser .... https://support.samsungcloud.com/
