Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi Guys,

So we finished off our mortgage and wanted to move into a bigger house.
I am unable to find the interest rates for 2nd property in sites like bonkers etc. The options are very less.
Where can I get accurate information of all banks. What would be the minimum variable payment rate.

    Regards,

There is no different interest rate. Bonkers shows what you can expect.

When you say 2nd property do you mean you want to get a new mortgage for the bigger house whilst keeping the old.
In that case the rates are correct as the rates are for ppr (principal primary residence, I think, basically where you live)
If you were to take a mortgage on a second property which you are not going to live in the rates would be different.
