Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I had to email them after 3 weeks waiting, they said it was lost in post and they resent it, got it a week later.

    Same thing happened me, my lost card arrived last week, over two months since I ordered. Got the second card within a week though

    Spending a feair bit of money on Amazon in the next few weeks. Had thought that Curve gives 1% cash back on Amazon but on my app it says it expired 28 August 2019. Anyone know how to get the 1% or if another card like Revelout offers it?

    Also was there not a general Curve thread in Bargain Alerts? Cant seem to find it by search

    Word of warning for new users of Curve, as I found out today there is some sort of spending limit beyond which they will decline your transaction. App doesnt tell you what the figure is but I got declined on a €350 transaction. I orginally got Curve to rent a car in Spain on holidays, luckily we didnt end up renting in the end because if we did it would have been declined at the airport as it was over their spending limit. Curve has the potential to ruin a holiday on people who are depending on it and dont know about this.

    Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare, no response out of them in nearly 24 hours. Will be shutting the account down soon if they dont deal with it and Im not hopeful now after they had all day today to respond and didnt.

    Sorry to hear of the trouble this caused you, just an FYI the app does show the spending limits, though its easy to miss. Within the app go to Card -> Curve Card Limits -> See Details.

    Tried that but it just leads me to a page saying that once I build up a spend history and they get to know me a bit more they'll up it to €2k per day. Which is no use to me really. It doesnt say what it is pegged to at right now, all I know is its less than €350 as thats what I got declined for. Didnt see anything on sign up about these spending limits so others should be aware of it, especially if you've a big spend abroad like renting a car or a hotel, it would likely get declined for a new user.

    In any case Ive set up a Revlout card instead.

    Hi, thank you very much. You will need to use the curve card when buying something.

    Link it to an existing card in the cards section of the app and set that to default. You pay with the Curve Card but the money is taken from your linked card. You should get a notification saying when the 5.00 will come back.

    I did it with Tesco (Boots or any other loyalty scheme are good too): you can get points shopping with them, and 1% cashback with Curve on top.
