Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

I saw the server addresses for Quake 3 on the IGN site, however I am used to connecting to servers through the in-game menu, and I don't think I have ever seen these servers listed. Come to think of it, I don't think I have ever played on an Irish server. How do I connect to this? I am afraid I am only on 56k, so will my…

I am afraid I am only on 56k, so will my ping be as bad as it is when connected to the likes of Jolt/Barrysworld.

There are three servers running at the moment

159.134.244.152:27960
159.134.244.152:27961

plus a temp one on games2.iol.ie

you can either add them to you're favorites or use 'connect addy' from the console.

but why not get a copy of the All seeing eye ?
