Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I get mine in Dunnes. Can't think of the name of the brand but it's in the shoe polish section. Works fine.

Likewise I get one in Tesco. Can't remember the name of it (suede protector? something like that) but it's the Punch brand and normally on a stand in the cleaning aisle.

A total gimmick and Complete waste of money.
Just think about it logically, how is a magic spray going to suddenly make your shoes waterproof?

What does Galway have to do with it?

its always raining, puddles galore, runners in puddles most days between work and the train, runners still in perfect/like new condition since purchase etc

In that case you shouldn’t be wearing suede runners anyway. Not appropriate wear for the conditions. That’s another major fashion faux pas we make in Ireland, not dressing appropriately for the season or weather conditions.

Irrespective of the location or weather. The magic spray has nothing to do with it.

When did you get the runners?
