Phil and Teds buggy repairs

    We have a phil and teds navigator v2. One of the brake cables have snapped so the brake is locked in the brake position. Would anyone know if this is an easy repair or whether it needs a shop repair?

    If it's a cable it should be an easy fix it a bike shop will do it cheap enough
