Hi All

Teamed invites just went out (thanks Seve) Saturday 18th

Spots available for 36 if we go in 3 balls. 1st tee time is at 12:12 with 10 minute intervals.

We are out on The East Course, I havent played it but have walked it and it looks great.

Am only coming home from holidays that morning so am out unfortunately, how did i mess that one up?!!

Might have to give this a miss as it conflicts with representing my club at Pierce Purcell. Won't know for certain till nearer time.

Am actually here on Pierce Purcell duty @ Powerscourt all weekend. We are through to the final. Tee off at 2. Not playing, thankfully as I'm tired enough after the semi this morning!

We are on the west course though so I won't have much of an idea when we play the east in 2 weeks. Great set up though here folks, class location and the course is pristine.

Am I right in thinking that the East course is the older of the two with the 1st running parallel to the road up to the clubhouse?

Yes that's the the one. No idea which course is older though

Fantastic weekend. Up since half 5 this morning which is very much not like me! Thinking of bed very soon!

Powerscourt is a really class set up. As venues go, there can't be much better in Ireland

How much will it be for guests? It may be the only outing I'll have a chance of getting to this year so doesn't make sense for me to join now.

The green fee is €45 and we normally add a tenner but to be honest we are now down to 8 players not sure it will be going ahead

Also, have you a date when you'll make a decision? Since I have permission to play that day already; I'd like to organise something else if this won't be going ahead...

who's stags you heading down on ? a friend of mine matt is having his stags that weekend in galway.

i think you should try push it back a week or 2 if possible , its just unlucky its falling on a ireland match , people will struggle to make it home for the kick off
