Replacing bridge

    Hi my husband is looking to replace a dental bridge which is about 18 years old. He has gotten 4 options from 2 dentists.
    Dentist 1 - option 1 is a bridge pontic and bridge retainer and a porcelain veneer and composite filling costing under 3k, option 2 is a bridge wing and bridge pontic, composite filling costing 750.
    Dentist 2 - both options suggested involve removing a tooth which is crooked and then a bridge with choice of either zirconia or emax costing €1300 to €1500.

    Any thoughts on the above options and which would be best to go for? Dentist 2 seems very competent and would be happy to go with this option but just hoping finished job would be up to scratch in comparison with the more expensive option offered by dentist 1.

    Without clinical information about condition of the teeth, gums and bite its hard make a judgement. Either option could be equally valid. However assuming the treatment options are valid it is the dentist who decide things. Go with the dentist you feel most comfortable with.
