Any idea what sort of an insect is this?

I found something crawling on the sitting room window. I thought it was a wasp or a bee or something but it wasn't flying. It crawled around but did not flying.

It looks like a cross between a wasp, a fly and a very large ant.

Sorry I don't have any clear pictures. I trapped it under a glass jar on the window sill and I'm not going to lift it again for another picture.

It's a common Waspflyant.

Very poisonous.

There are only 3 things they love, crawling, windows and being trapped.

Photos only enrage them, tread easy hey.
