It means if you're including S number such as your year of birth then don't put any spaces in it. Ie. 1950, not 19 50

I know the latter is better for obfuscation but you have to follow the rules.

From what I gather you're saying, only snubbleste has given a proper example. It has to have 6 characters, at least one uppercase, at least one lowercase, and at least one number.
