What time wasting. Is it done on purpose / does it show a complete lack of preparation? I'd say half the time was spent giggling , sucking, teeth cleaning, wondering what question he might ask by throwing out a few single syllable words ,etc.

Dr Pixie got a right slap at him, had to laugh. He was BSing about how did people manage years ago when they got ailments. She said they had more sense, wore proper shoes etc. and she also said old men (50s) weren't out running marathons years ago like they are now. She stuck the boot in lovely.
