    Hi,

    Looking at buying an apartment in Smithfield Gate and hoping someone out there might be able to tell me a bit about the place? How is the management company? Who is the management agent? Are they quick to fix issues? Bins collected regularly? Are there any problems or not? Noise etc. Basically what do get out of the fees? That kinda thing. Really like the place and it looks great in the apartment itself but that doesn't necessarily tell the whole story.

    Any advice would be great
