No try. Think it's fair, Ashton could have got away with that if he was less blatant.

Obstruction by Ashton for me and no try. Soft call but correct I think

well Halai was bumped without the ball. Correct call

Yeah, if he'd put the shoulder in while going for the ball - yeah that's fair, try time. But he's not really going for the ball, he's just going into the man without going for the ball at the same time. Soft, but I'll take it.

Very poor from Halai, but I think probably the right call, Ashton did basically barge him off the ball.

Very soft call but probably fair really. If Ashton had made any half assed attempt to go for the ball rather than the player it would have been fine.

Commentators bias towards Saracens isn't even subtle

I can't even understand why. Did he play for them or something?

Can't see wasps holding out against this Saracens team for long. Unable to make any impact on the gainline.

No but he clings to good teams. He thinks they'll win.

    Huge error from Gopperth

Jimmy with a terrible kick charged down to let Sarries in for a handy score in the end!

    Dismal from Gopperth

    Farrell is muck today

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,454 ✭✭✭A-Train

Wasps can count themselves Farrell is off with the boot so far, some how still in the lead.

Miles Harrison and Stuart Barners are boodymen

Said the same thing to my mate. He reckons it was a penalty for simply being Chris Ashton.

Piutau didn't give his support much chance there...

Wasps being very much outplayed in the contact.

Sky not showing a replay... Why? Because it could be a serious injury? Load of bollocks.

Yeah is this a new policy? Never heard them speak like that before.

Thats a terrible tackle, rightly a yellow card

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,150 ✭✭✭✭LuckyGent88

Shut up Barnes. Clearly leads with his shoulder and deservedly in the bin for it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,468 ✭✭✭kuang1

Now they show it? And he's still out cold?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,874 ✭✭✭✭Pudsy33

Even if Robson was upright that was still a nasty shoulder charge. Farell is such an unlikeable character

To be fair to Barnes (and I'm not a fan of his) he says it's rightly a yellow card but it's just inconsistent

That just looks bad because of the slip? Every tackle uses an arm or a shoulder lads, what else are they supposed to lead with?

For all his attributes as a 10/12, he is consistently unlikeable.
