    Bowie was immense but prince had more groove. Huge loss. Plus side is we get to hear some great tracks on the radio for next few days. And the lyrics....

    I heard it on the BBC News channel this evening & I was in shock at the news.

    The only stuff I have of Prince would his work from the 1989 Batman Movie. I listened to the album a huge number of times over my teenage years. I also have three of his music videos from the Batman movie on DVD. I thought they were fantastic pieces of work from a man who was a true musical talent.

    RIP Prince. You're were one legend that will never be forgotten.

    Sad day. He blended funk, soul, pop, disco and rock music. Brilliant singer. Played most of the instruments himself. A proper talented bastard and a phenomenal guitarist in particular.

    Kinda annoying seeing people on social media who I know couldn't name three of his songs going on about what a legend he is.
