What is this called

15-04-2016 11:21AM#1Hi, Ive has a query from a friend who uses these on picture frames even though it may not necessarily be what they are meant for. She has used up the last of a qty of these she came across accidentally but doesn't know the name of them so she can get more?. So she is mad to find out what these are called.
Apparantly you push the pins through a spread them on the other side so you are just left with a visible ring.
Its no bigger than the size of a paper clip in case the picture doesnt portray the right looking size.
They seem arts and craftsy so thought i might ask here.
If i know the name i can possibly search and get some
