Not as much as I should :/
Though I do get out for a walk outdoors most days

Ever see a waterfall in person/last time you seen one

I sure did, last time in Killarney national park (Torc waterfall :-))...

Have you ever been feeling depressed, e.g. without any hope?

"I can take the despair, it's the hope I can't stand" often comes to mind.

I think everyone does from time to time. I think I'm lucky that I don't have a propensity to depression and I seem to be able to accept that you move through darker times. I've had bad days/ weeks/ months but ultimately you have to be grateful for what you can.

If you were feeling depressed, do you think you'd have the fortitude to take the right actions to try to deal with it?

I'd like to think so. The important thing is remembering that there is help and support to help deal with it.

    Does the term 'foodie' grate?

Failinis - I was for a long time, I have a horse, but my confidence with them has taken a few too many knocks recently...

Persepoly - I don't know my go to method of eating my weight in chocolate is not working today so I've no other suggestions.

Where are the storms we were promised today?

Spare time? I don't have any. Work full time. Study part time. Exams in a month. Won't know myself in a months time.

What's the trait in a member of the opposite sex that you find irresistible?

No way, I would be perfect except I would be sure to drop something. I don't have very steady hands.

Do you enjoy a good thunderstorm?

I do...throw in a few lightning flashes and rain pelting off the window while you're at it.

Do you meditate or practice mindfulness?

I cannot meditate properly as I cannot stay still and rest for longer than 10 seconds...but I do have my own mental therapy methods of sorts.

Do you read self-help/personal development books?

    No.

What song do you relate most to?

Not really, I've read two quite some time ago and clearly learned nothing from them.

Do you think you've read more or spoken more words today?
