    Same story here as others have reported. Got the email from PayPal shortly after placing the order, but have heard squat from Focalprice. My order shows as paid in the account I created on FP site.
    Just have to wait and see for now....

    Edit: Switched to the desktop version of FP site and the status on that says "Paid & Unpacked". When I go into the detailed order description it says " The tracking number will be sent to you shortly. " (I selected the delivery with tracking option when buying.)

    I placed a separate order for some crappy headphones and they have the same date. So hopefully nothing to worry about !

    Well as expected I got this message from them -

    We are sorry that there is a system bug and the price of this item actually is $25.89, but it is mistakenly priced as $2.99. Considering it is a mistake made by us, we offer our customer the competitive purchase price $21. Will you kindly pay us the difference or shall we cancel this order and arrange a refund?  Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience has given you.

    Well as expected I got this message from them -

    We are sorry that there is a system bug and the price of this item actually is $25.89, but it is mistakenly priced as $2.99. Considering it is a mistake made by us, we offer our customer the competitive purchase price $21.     Weird as apparently some on HUKD are getting their orders (some multiple) despatched, but that site has lots of trolls.

    I sent them a request for a refund after seeing postsnthing's post at 10.44.

    Hope they have the decency to issue a refund promptly after wasting our time.
    I don't believe they will honour any of these, and that it is little more that an attempt to suck people into paying the full price for these controllers, while also harvesting addresses and data.

    Refunds take 3-5 days to come through.
    Better stores are the ones that don't take the payment until they've shipped the item(s).

    Just received a a 'Congratulations' email as well, after getting the refund/cancellation email earlier. Doubtful it will arrived but we'll see what happens sure!

    I wouldn't count on it.

    When I signed up the other evening, I was playing around with the setting afterward and one of the option was to essentially validate the email. It only came the day after so it seems like the system has a lag of about 24 hours.

    By the looks of things, the cancellation email was done manually and the congratulation mail was automatic (plus lag).

    In any case, my account page is showing as 'Invalid' so it looks like it is definitely cancelled but one can only hope it is not, right? :pac:
