Hi trying to do some maths revision over Easter and found these two papers online, but no marking scheme. Would anybody have the marking schemes for these years, would be a great help! Thanks a million.

Very foolish to put your email on a public forum. There is a reason for the PM system.

I certainly wouldn't be sending my email to a one post randomer online.

Jesus, I get you're a forum moderator and probably are sick of dealing with silly mistakes in threads but was it necessary to be so snotty?

    Welcome to boards.

If it stops someone else doing it (and remember many LC forum users are still underage) I'm really not bothered if you think it was 'snotty'. Regular posters can make up their own minds about it.

If you wish to report a post, please do so.

It's for the user to decide whether they want to pass on their email and the manner in which they do so, not you. If it was a boards rule I'd understand your post but I'm presuming it's not as the post is still up. As you said, let posters make up their own minds :-)

I have to say, I take issue with hasdanta's arrogance on this occasion. If they were the person to whom the advice was offered, then I could understand, but to make a comment critical of advice that was otherwise well-intentioned is ridiculous. Young people are naive and can often be exceptionally unaware of the repercussions of their actions, and I say that as a young person myself. Making an example of an occurrence such as this only serves to highlight one of the many things posters, in particular of this age, should be aware of. The manner in which it is communicated was perfectly acceptable in my view.

Apologies for the off-topic post but I felt an opinion in support of spurious (who does excellent work on this forum) was warranted.

    Arrogance? Please.

I don't believe it's right to call somebody foolish over the Internet.
