uddder full but no milk

I have a Sheep and her udder is full of milk but you just can't get the milk to come out.
has anyone got any idea's as to what I should ????

Have you tried her with oxytocin?

yeah however after talking to the vet he reckons that she could have got mastitus last year after lambing but mildly enough that it would not be noticed and its only this year has it come against her.
