Bought this yesterday.
Plan to swap the leather interior into my 08 Avensis and maybe the springs as the uk spec Avensis sits much nicer than the Irish spec.

What trim level is your 08? There's probably a few other bits you could swap too.

Mine is a strata. I've been thinking about swapping the dual zone climate control and silver cd/cassette player but the plugs from my car don't match and I don't really want to go down the road of swapping loom and heater matrix. The same applies to the auto wipers/lights and auto dim rearview mirror.

The only other mod I'm contemplating is the cruise control but not sure how big of a job that would be to swap.

Good news is I've swapped the full interior including door cards. The strata doesn't come with plugs for the electricity adjustable seats so I cut out the plugs and soldered them to the cigarette lighter with the ground going to the bolt that holds the handbrake lever in place. Changed the 15amp fuse to a 20 as I use the cigarette lighter to charge my phone when I'm driving. All working perfectly so far!

Rear view mirror only needs power, which should be there. Think there's wiring for satnav antenna up there in later avensis regardless of whether it's fitted.

No this one is a keeper. I really like it, plus I've put too much into it and I wouldn't get anything near what it stands me if I sold it :P

It ticked over 1k miles under my ownership today funnily enough. 59089 miles. I'm driving it two months, have it three. It was only doing about 1k per annum before I got it
