Unresponsive Touch Screen on iPhone 6s after 9 upgrade

    Hi There,

Have an iPhone 6 where the screen has now become Non responsive after completing the latest upgrade,

Have tried all the usual scenario hard/Soft reset and Factory reset etc.and also spoke in depth with Apple support

It is now out of warranty can i ask what do repair centres charge to run a diagnostics/Repair if required.

Out of warranty means nothing if it is a hardware failure then Apple should replace it for you. Is at an iPhone 6 or 6s?

Is this happening a lot? Mine is due to upgrade tonight. Can I cancel the upgrade if I've already agreed the terms

I'd say get warranty cover for the iPhone other wise it gets very messy as I am finding out

That's a bit OTT. Get in touch with vodafone, they give 2 year warranty on phones.

Bring it back to Vodafone if it is a hardware issue and no fault of yours then they have to repair it free of charge.
