Tablet not responding.

Hi from an old fogey My Daughter gae me a NEXTBOOK NX77850C8G tablet for my 80th Birthday she got it on EBay. It was ok for a while but now it freezes now and again and I get a message Nextbook not responding and three suggestions.WAIT. REPORT OR QUIT. If I wait in comes back again but freezes again later.

I would try factory resetting the device. This should speed it up a bit, hopefully resolve the crashing. I don't know the device but assuming its running Android you could use the instructions here
