Water supply Ballinlough / Ballintemple

Anyone having problems with their supply ? I've had two days of low pressure and brown water but can't see anything on the Council website or water.ie ?

I work on the blackroad road and our office had issues last week/week before.
They have been doing some digging around the office to remedy it, not sure if it could be related..
