Early parking Cork City ?

Hi, Im working in the city next week and have a few early starts so would need to be parking my car at about 6.30am and collecting it again at about 19.30 , does anyone know if theres any car parks open this early that I could park there all day for cheap enough ?

Carrols quay is 24 hour in and out all week. If you park on the roof you get a discounted rate.
