lumia 520 can't download working clock

    The four digit clock on top right hand size is very small on lumia 520 and every clock i download an old fashioned clock face, and pin it to the start screen it simply stays at the time it was pinned there. Can i not download an open clock face that actually works? Anyone with the same problem? Am not very good at technical stuff so the simpler its explained the better for me. Thanks for any help.
