    I think I read on the UK argos website or possibly amazon and they mentioned one type of magic remote that was compatible..? But then...they could as easily be wrong.

    So the remote that comes with this TV is just a regular remote?

    Does this TV have any motion sense or anything like that? Like changing volume by moving your hand etc.

    Also, does it have Netflix\Youtube? And is there an app store as such available to it download from?

    Connect your satellite straight to TV. You would then receive Free to sir channels.

    I collected the TV yesterday with my reserve number - at the till the girl was looking for €550 so had to show the email and it was fine. It is advertised in store for €589! Fair play to Argos!

    You'd need an android TV for Kodi or just grabs an Andoird shtick or Android box. This TV is Web OS, LG's own smart software, actual it says Wb OS Lite which means its not the full version and probably is the reason why some magic remotes don't work.

    I use the LG Remote Control APP.

    Select Lg Tv Model on list & pair.
    Much easier to use.
