Great price for that tv. it also has a Satellite tuner built in even though it's not advertised anywhere

How do you know it has DVB-S?

LG blurb seems to indicate built in Wifi, but not seeing mention of a sat tuner.

Would this run the Kodi app?

Yes, it's obviously more on Amazon. I'm simply saying the same model on Amazon mentions 3D so Argos may have omitted it from their listing.

I came on to this thread just for a look. Maybe I'm after too much coffee today but I'm about to click 'reserve'. Is it too big to have in an 'average sized bedroom or would something this size be better suited to the living room (I share with 3 others but we only have the one telly and I like to play a bit of playstation)

Id say too big for a bedroom tbh, 40 Inch would be the upper limit there.

I personally have a 48" in my bedroom and I love it, I think it would be a waste to get a 40" when you can get a 48" for such a good deal.

    Hope you enjoy it.

I can confirm that the gap between the legs on this TV starts at around 80cm.

What would this be like as a PC monitor? I mostly play GTA, CS Source etc.

I'd assume you'd go blind using it as a PC monitor sitting so close :D

Looks like that's an Amazon mistake,no mention of 3D on any other site

There's no integrated sat tuner on this Amazon also say 1 hdmi. Better off heading to the LG site for accurate info on specs.

It doesn't seem to include the magic remote, which is a must-have on these. The standard remote isn't great. Of course you can search YouTube and Netflix using the all in a device, but for everything else, you really need the magic remote,

Think they're €45-50 separately. I got my tv in Harvey Norman and it was included. Comes with a receiver that plugs into one of the USB ports.

That link on Argos has a vague mention of 3D. Its mentions "passive" in the description.

That means the 3D glasses aren't the ones with batteries, which is "active 3D".

BTW, this says "Can be ordered". Presumably that is the same as "In stock", its just they don't deliver it to stores unless needed?

PS, this is down from €550.

Nope. Not without some sort of external box.
