As much as Van Gaal has done for you lot, some of the players have disgraced that shirt there tonight. Not a Utd fan, but you're being sold short by some pathetic performances out there. Half-hearted, not fighting for the second ball. Lame.

I would agree but then LVG has done nothing with regards motivating or replacing them.

Can we just sack van Gaal and let the players manage themselves for the rest of the season. You just can't help but laugh at this stage, what does this guy have to do to lose his job?

It really says something when this performance/result isn't even a surprise anymore

Beyond a joke now! This embarrassment might mean the end of LVG.

If I was a fan I would hope that a bit of professional pride would be enough to maintain at least the physical effort.

Oh without a doubt, the attitude of the players has a lot to do with it as well

They should be blowing these guys out of it in the first half, especially when they have been only playing friendlies for the past two months,

    comical defending.

van gaal just sitting there for 90mins wrecks my head and id say a lot of the players are pissed off with him as well.

    no inspiration, nothing.

    he wont last much longer

Because he won't stand on the touchline and yell at them?

Hope Ed has his camera with him. There's a new photo for the wall of shame.

Thats true but they are reflecting the manager not one ounce of emotions or passion from him or his team.

You dont have to yell obscenity at them you can stand on touchline and give encouragement and directions that can help a team, surely 99 percent of football managers can't be wrong.

Van Gaal looks a beaten man on the touchline.

I'm kinda not even feeling anything, because it's more or less exactly how I expected it to go to be honest.

I really hope sponsors have started putting pressure on the club for this nonsense. It's depressing that that seems to be the only way to get the board to act.

    because he shows zero emotion.

hard work heart and pride goes a long way in football. Look at their manager tonight even, constantly giving out orders to the players, encouraging them, fighting with them and look at the result.

that was embarrassing and they havent even played a game in 10 weeks!!

Beaten by Sunderland and a Danish team who haven't played a competitive game for 2 months, all in the space of 5 days.

Ball's in your court United board. As if they'd have a clue how to find the ball in the first place.

At this moment in time, fúcking Shrewsbury Town are very much fancying their chances against us.

Any word on de Gea yet? I missed the start, did it look like it might be serious or just a strain?

That team as they are playing now will not be anywhere near Europe next year.
